At Naga Eyewear, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to deliver eyewear that meets your expectations.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once purchased.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Products Only

We will accept returns or issue a refund only if:

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product

  • You provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect/damage

To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact us at +918256972806 with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video of the defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

💡 Notes:

  • Frames with lens prescription errors due to incorrect input from the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Damage caused by mishandling or accidental breakage is not covered.

  • All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is approved.
